Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Animal health course, Dog groomer course Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English Work Setting: Pet grooming shop Type of Pets Groomed: All breeds of dogs Pet Grooming Experience: Bathing/shampooing, Anal glands treatment, Clipping and styling, Ear cleaning, Flea baths, Nail clipping, Show clipping Animal Care Experience: Domestic animals/pets (cats, kittens, puppies, dogs, etc.) Specific Animal Care Skills: Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stall and enclosures Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs) Additional Skills: Keep records of animals treated Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning Other Information:Busy dog grooming shop is seeking trained & qualified groomers for all breeds of dogs. |
